Meeting #4: Portrait of the Artist.. and Pizza!

Thanks for coming over last weekend for another lovely book club meeting!



Perhaps these faces look familiar? I think it's funny how some look super friendly and cute and others have a little evil thing going on, hehe...

    Hello,

    I don't know any of you, (but you seem like a fun group and if I lived in the area I would love to join your club) but I just happened to come across your blog, and I have to recommened "the Only Thing Worth Dying For" by Eric Blehm. It is about the First special forces unit that landed in afghanistan in 2001. Amazing!!

    Just thought I would share that =).

    Thanks for the recommendation! Our next book is The Places in Between by Rory Stewart, about one man's journey walking across Afghanistan in 2002. I think your book would be a great follow-up to this one! We'll have to add it to our list : )
