I think Anthropology is 600 pages long.... (read that online, haven't actually looked at the book yet). Maybe we should consider meeting later than the first week in August? I don't mean to be a wimp, but the summer months are probably my worst reading months. If everyone else is in for it then let's go ahead, I just can't guarantee I'll be able to finish it in time. Although I've heard it is a very addicting book, so who knows? I promise I'm not being lazy and unmotivated...just trying to be honest!

For sure! I too noticed how long the book was when I ordered it. I would be fine if we planned for a meeting the week of August 8th-14th, if everyone else is. Perhaps we should just bring our calendars next Friday.
